Google Algo Change
Just after my newsletter was released on Friday, Google changed their algorithm and the testing that I had done on their secondary servers seemed to be what they switched to. There were huge drops and huge gains across the board.
There is no need to panic if your search results took a huge dip. Remember that in search engine marketing, the one consistent aspect is there is going to be change. By following my advise and having an overall strategy, your site should be able to withstand the changes.

According to OneStat.com, the top search engines worldwide, based on usage share:
1. Google 56.1%
2. Yahoo 21.5%
3. MSN Search 9.4%
4. AOL Search 3.7%
5. Terra Lycos 2.3
6. Altavista 1.9%
7. Askjeeves 1.6%
Keep these numbers in mind when doing your marketing so you hit the search engines with the biggest market reach, which is Google.
