We’re still testing to give a defined approach that works every single time. Many of our members saw ads for Video Vantage and we wanted to explain why it works and why you don’t necessarily need the software.
The current strategy is:
1. “Spin videos” and upload a bunch of copies. Make sure the filename includes the keywords as well as the title of the video. Make the account name keyword stuffed as possible
2. Create other YouTube videos that link in the description to the main YouTube video that you want to rank.
3. Embed the video on some web 2.0s.
4. Throw a bunch of garbage backlinks at it with anchor text following the Penguin guide.
5. Use some high PR links to it from a private network.
6. Buy fake views, maybe some fake ratings and comments.
7. Rinse, repeat (to keep it fresh).
If local, add geo coordinates.
This strategy doesn’t always work. There aren’t many diagnosis you can do either. This is what we have right now. Nothing sexy or cool in the least. It’s hard to sell a ton of affiliate products via YouTube, or even your own unless it’s a well made commercial. You will find it works best for small but profitable niches in local areas. Many of these will have tracking numbers included in the title.
