If you want things done right, create a process, follow it, and continually improve it. Consistency and evolving is what will set you apart from the pack.

- Marketing System: Consistent flow of leads
- Sales System: Nurture, follow up and conversion
- Fulfillment: what you deliver for the customer’s money
- Administration: Supports functions
Grade yourself on these elements honestly, but without being too critical. The point is to find where you can improve.
